 Will you feature my bub on your page?

Of course! We love seeing pictures of your gorgeous babies wearing our silicone baby bibs and we love featuring Australian mums and bubs on our page. Tag us on instagram or email your image to us at hello.lauri@outlook.com. 

What are your silicone bibs made of?

Our gorgeous silicone bibs are made of 100% food grade silicone, they are BPA free and are FDA approved. Only the best for our Lauri Australia bubs.

How do I clean my silicone bib? 

One of the reasons we loveeeeee our silicone bibs is how mess free the are! Not only do they keep the food off you, your bub and the floor, they're super easy to clean.

If you're at home, wipe them with a wet cloth, wash them by hand in the kitchen sink or chuck them in the dishwasher. The choices are endless.

If you're out and about, trusty baby wipes will do the job, simply wipe clean, roll up and tuck away.  

I want to add another item to my order, can I?

If we haven't already posted out your order then of course! Please send us an email at hello.lauri@outlook.com ASAP so we can fix this up for you. 

Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?

If you're not making a purchase in the land of Oz (Australia) then it is possible that you will have to pay taxes on your purchase. This will depend on your countries rules and regulations. 

Can I return an item?

We make every effort to ensure that our gorgeous products are accurately described and depicted on our website and media platforms so that what you see is exactly what you get.

In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily provide a store credit if the items are received at our warehouse within 21 days of your purchase.

The items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unused, unaltered, with their original tags and packaging. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us and any of our shipping costs from the original delivery will be deducted from the store credit.  

What if my product is faulty?

We have an extensive quality control process to ensure that only the best (and cutest) products make their way to you and your precious bub.

In the rare occasion that an item arrives to you damaged or faulty, firstly, let us apologise, this must have been very disappointing and is certainly not the experience we want you to have with our little store. 

In this instance, we will of course provide a refund to you. We will need to be notified of the fault within 24 hours of your receipt of the package. Please send us photos of the fault so that we are fully aware of what (sadly) went wrong.

If we are satisfied that you have received a faulty product, we will cover the cost of retuning the item to us and offer a refund, exchange or store credit - whatever suits you best. 

Items will not be accepted for return due to general wear.
